Are you having a problem registering a hog or litter? Is one of our forms not working? Is there a mistake with your member listing, registration paperwork, PayPal payment? Are you having any other problem involving the LBHA that needs to be resolved now? This form is designed to get your problem addressed quickly. You will receive a response within 24 hours from the Registrar with a plan for resolution of your issue.

Please use this form for those serious problems that prevent you from: joining the LBHA, our Forum, registering a hog or litter, buying / selling a pig, etc. Please give us two weeks after filling out a hog or litter registration form before checking on its status; those things do take time to process.
